Privacy Policy
This policy explains how ViridisNorth LLC handles information through EnergyAI. It applies to Power Passport customers, homeowners, installer partners, builders, and visitors to energyaisolution.com.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide, including home and energy details, location, utility use, project preferences, contact details, installer business details, and communications. We also collect ordinary technical and usage data such as page activity, referral information, device and browser details, and service logs. Payment providers process payment credentials; EnergyAI receives transaction status and identifiers rather than full card numbers.
For a Power Passport request, we collect business contact details, company and role information, candidate site location, target megawatts, workload type, flexibility, target timing, project stage, available power context, and the business decision you are evaluating. The public intake does not accept files or payment. If EnergyAI qualifies the request, we separately identify the source material needed for delivery. Do not submit trade secrets, personal information, critical-infrastructure security information, export-controlled material, or information you lack authority to share.
For a lead-recovery fit review, we collect installer business contact details and aggregate qualification information such as approximate inquiry count and age, collection source, contact-rights basis, suppression readiness, and campaign goal. The fit-review form does not accept homeowner contact data. Do not send homeowner lists or files through the form or ordinary email. If a paid service is activated, EnergyAI will separately identify an approved secure transfer method and delivery scope before accepting contact data.
For Quote Guardian, you may upload the quote you received without manually redacting it. The file is held transiently while EnergyAI sends it to an AI provider to extract a privacy-filtered working packet. EnergyAI does not retain the original upload after that processing. We retain the filtered packet, written decision brief, file type and size, processing status, model name, token counts, and service records. We ask the provider not to store the model response, but provider-side safety or abuse-monitoring retention may still apply under the provider's terms. If the system cannot confidently create a useful filtered packet, it does not open payment.
The included seven-day AI Review Companion sends each question and the filtered written brief to an AI provider to generate a response. Companion questions are not retained as conversation history; we retain limited operational records such as request counts, character counts, model name, and token usage. Do not enter names, email addresses, phone numbers, street addresses, account numbers, proposal identifiers, signatures, or other personal details in companion questions.
The free Energy Node preview sends each question and a limited set of assessment-derived energy facts to an AI provider to generate up to three answers. Preview questions and answers are not retained as conversation history. We retain limited operational records such as the Energy Node identifier, request count, character count, response status, model name, and token usage to enforce the limit and monitor cost and reliability. Do not enter names, contact details, street addresses, account numbers, or other personal details in preview questions.
After a paid Quote Guardian review is delivered, you may separately request installer matching. For that optional request, we retain your match consent, name, email, phone if provided, project type, state or ZIP, broad project-price range, requested timing, availability result, and routing status. We do not share the uploaded quote, privacy-filtered packet, or written review with installers. Before acceptance, installers see only a limited project summary; contact details remain locked until an installer accepts and completes the disclosed connection terms.
When you arrive through an authenticated EnergyAI Builder's signed referral link, we may retain the referring Builder account identifier with the Quote Guardian request. If Stripe verifies the purchase, we may add non-cash tool credit to that Builder's account. We do not send the referrer your quote, privacy-filtered packet, written review, contact details, location, or project details. Invalid, expired, internal, or ineligible referral links are treated as ordinary direct visits.
How we use information
We use information to qualify and deliver Power Passports; provide assessments, estimates, recommendations, and reports; operate installer matching, lead delivery and billing; provide support; prevent fraud and abuse; improve the product; measure demand; and maintain required business records. Automated systems may help calculate estimates, rank options, and structure evidence, but source limitations and professional-verification requirements remain part of the result.
For installer screening, we may send submitted business identity and service-area information to Google Maps Platform to find a public business listing and evaluate its current operational status, rating, and review count. We retain the Google Place ID and our screening decision rather than caching the underlying Google rating data. Google handles information under its Privacy Policy, and Google Maps Platform use is governed by its Terms.
When we share information
We share information with service providers that help operate EnergyAI, such as hosting, email, analytics, payment, mapping, and AI providers, subject to their service terms. When a homeowner explicitly requests installer matching, we first share a limited project summary. Contact details are released only to a screened installer that accepts the project under the disclosed connection terms. The installer may pay ViridisNorth LLC a lead fee. We do not sell personal information for unrelated advertising.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to operate the service, satisfy legal and financial obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may decline installer matching and still use the free assessment. Contractor outreach emails include an unsubscribe mechanism; essential messages about an accepted or purchased lead may still be sent. To request access, correction, or deletion, email privacy@energyaisolution.com. We may need to verify your identity and retain records where law or legitimate business needs require it.
Children and changes
EnergyAI is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the service changes and will post the revised date here.
Effective August 31, 2026. Updated for the Energy Node AI preview, Power Passport intake and delivery, automatic Quote Guardian privacy filtering, separately consented post-review installer matching, Builder activation, and referral attribution.
