Terms of Service and Partner Terms
These terms govern EnergyAI, a service of ViridisNorth LLC. By using the service, requesting a match, or applying as an installer partner, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Assessments and estimates
EnergyAI provides automated educational estimates and planning guidance. Scores, costs, savings, incentives, production, emissions, and payback ranges depend on incomplete information and changing conditions. They are not guarantees or professional engineering, tax, legal, investment, or financial advice. Verify project design, eligibility, incentives, permits, and economics with qualified professionals before acting.
Power Passport
Power Passport is a fixed-scope pre-feasibility service for one candidate site and one target workload. The founding scope screens time-to-power, flexible-load fit, hourly energy economics, and biological constraints and returns an evidence and assumptions ledger with a bounded go, reshape, or stop recommendation. It is not engineering, confirmed utility or substation capacity, an interconnection study, legal advice, tax advice, investment advice, financial advice, permitting advice, or an environmental impact assessment.
Submitting an intake does not create a purchase or guarantee acceptance. EnergyAI creates checkout only after reviewing scope, source-data requirements, delivery capacity, and commercial terms. The applicable protected proposal states the exact price and scope. The stated delivery target begins after Stripe verifies payment and EnergyAI confirms receipt of the agreed source material. Delays in customer inputs or third-party data may move that target. No result guarantees site viability, power delivery, interconnection timing, project economics, or regulatory approval.
Homeowner matching
Installer matching is optional and free to homeowners. When you request it, you authorize ViridisNorth LLC to use your project details to identify and contact potential installers. A limited project summary may be shown before acceptance. Your contact details may then be shared with a screened installer that accepts the opportunity under the disclosed connection terms. EnergyAI is not a party to any homeowner-contractor agreement and does not guarantee availability, quotes, work quality, timing, savings, or project completion.
Quote Guardian and Review Companion
Quote Guardian covers one supported quote for one property. By uploading a quote, you authorize EnergyAI and its disclosed service providers to process the file to create a privacy-filtered working packet. EnergyAI does not retain the original upload after that processing. Secure checkout opens only when the automated fit and privacy checks accept the file; ambiguous or unreadable files may be declined without payment. Delivery timing begins after verified payment because the usable working packet is already present. The written review is independent decision support and does not guarantee price fairness, system performance, financing results, contractor conduct, incentives, or project outcomes.
A delivered review may include seven days of access to an AI Review Companion at no additional charge. The companion only clarifies the delivered written brief; it is not a new quote review, professional advice, or a substitute for verifying contract terms with qualified professionals. Usage and input limits apply. Do not submit personal, account, proposal, signature, or unredacted quote information through the companion.
Installer matching after a Quote Guardian review is a separate, optional request and requires separate consent. Matching does not affect the findings in the paid review. EnergyAI does not share the uploaded quote, privacy-filtered packet, or written review with installers; only the consented contact details and limited project summary are eligible for release through the matching process. If screened installer supply is unavailable, EnergyAI may hold the request for later availability but does not guarantee that a connection will be made.
Builder accounts and referral tool credit
EnergyAI Builder provides API and MCP access under the pricing and usage limits shown at activation or checkout. Production keys are credentials: keep them secure, do not expose them in public replies or client-side code, and promptly stop using a compromised key. A human operator must authorize acceptance of these terms; an automated agent may not claim that authority unless the operator has actually provided it.
An authenticated Builder may receive non-cash EnergyAI tool credit after a verified attributed Quote Guardian purchase or installer lead payment. Quote Guardian credit is currently 20% of the verified purchase price. Referral credit does not change the homeowner's price, the review's independence, or installer matching. Credit has no cash value, cannot be withdrawn or transferred, and may be withheld, reversed, or canceled for refunds, disputes, duplicate attribution, self-referrals, internal or test activity, fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.
Installer partner terms
Installer partners must provide accurate business, service-area, licensing, insurance, and contact information; keep it current; comply with applicable law; protect homeowner information; and use leads only to respond to the requested project. Approval may be withheld, paused, or revoked. Screening is described in our Installer Standards and does not create an endorsement.
The standard automatic screen uses live Google Maps business status, rating, and review-count signals under the Google Maps Platform Terms. Passing this gate is not license, insurance, safety, or workmanship verification. Ambiguous or failed checks remain out of automatic routing unless an enhanced manual review is completed.
Each lead preview shows the applicable one-time price or free-lead designation before acceptance. Acceptance creates the obligation to pay the displayed fee unless the lead is explicitly marked free or comped. Lead fees purchase access to a consented opportunity, not a promised sale. Installer partners must promptly update contact, quote, won, or lost outcomes. Duplicate charges or materially invalid contact information should be reported to billing@energyaisolution.com; reasonable refund requests are reviewed based on service records.
Monthly lead-recovery service
The lead-recovery service is available only for first-party inquiries collected directly by the installer for its own services. The installer represents that it can document an applicable basis for the requested email contact and will provide complete, current unsubscribe, complaint, and do-not-contact suppression records before any campaign. Purchased, rented, scraped, or unrelated third-party lists are not eligible.
The initial recovery scope is email only unless EnergyAI and the installer separately agree in writing to another channel. EnergyAI reviews fit, contact rights, suppression readiness, delivery capacity, price, and monthly contact cap before issuing a proposal. We may reject, pause, or terminate work when the required evidence or safety controls are missing. The service does not guarantee that an older inquiry will respond, request a quote, or become a customer.
The reviewed proposal states the monthly price and contact cap. A subscription begins only after Stripe confirms payment, renews monthly until canceled, and may be managed or canceled for future billing periods through the secure billing link sent to the installer’s business email. Fees already earned for a current period are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, submit false information, probe or disrupt systems, scrape personal information, impersonate others, spam, resell leads, or use homeowner data for unrelated marketing. We may restrict access or preserve records when needed for security, compliance, disputes, or enforcement.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. ViridisNorth LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, contractor conduct, lost profits, or decisions based on estimates. To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid ViridisNorth LLC for the specific service giving rise to that claim during the prior twelve months.
Changes, termination, and contact
We may update or discontinue features and revise these terms prospectively. You may stop using the service; obligations relating to accepted leads, payment, privacy, intellectual property, disputes, and liability survive. Questions may be sent to legal@energyaisolution.com.
Effective August 20, 2026. Updated for the Power Passport founding offer, automatic Quote Guardian privacy filtering, separately consented post-review installer matching, Builder activation, and non-cash referral tool credit. These terms should be reviewed by qualified counsel as the business expands into new jurisdictions.
